How To Make mom's hot dog stew

chop hot dog/kielbasa,green peppers,onion into 1-2in chunks,chop garlic (not minced)

put veggies and puree, spices in to a large sauce pan,bring to a boil,reduce heat add meat and potato and cook on med. low till potatoes are fork tender,stir to keep from sticking I serve it with garlic bread
