mom's easy meatballs
I've frozen these meatballs very successfully, and the recipe is easily scalable. From frozen, I've made meatball subs, meatballs and gravy, spaghetti and meatballs, all easy weeknight meals.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 package 6-oz. stuffing mix
How To Make mom's easy meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare large cookie sheets by lining with aluminum foil that you've sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together. Shape into size meatballs you wish - 1" is typical. Place on cookie sheets.

Step 3Cook for 16 minutes. Remove from sheets when cool.
