Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - sweet onion, chopped
- 1-32oz can tomato juice
- 1 package macaroni, elbow
- 2-3 cups water
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make moms' best goulash

Step 1Brown hamburger, drain grease. In Dutch oven saute bell pepper and onion in butter until crisp tender about 5 mins. Add hamburger,tomato juice, water ,salt and pepper.

Step 2Bring to boil and add noodles. Reduce heat to about medium and cook covered. Stirring occassionally, until liquid reduced until slightly thicker.

Step 3Serve with croissants.
