Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- dash - pepper
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make microwave meat loaf

Step 1Mix ALL ingredients well. Drop by pinches into a microwave safe tube pan. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for approximately 12-14 minutes, turning a half turn once. Drain off excess fat. Spread topping and cook uncovered at medium high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
