I have never actually made this recipe it's one that was just handed down to me from my grandmother.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • dash - pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

How To Make microwave meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Mix ALL ingredients well. Drop by pinches into a microwave safe tube pan. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for approximately 12-14 minutes, turning a half turn once. Drain off excess fat. Spread topping and cook uncovered at medium high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
