Ingredients
- 1 pound beef top round steak, boneless
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen (thawed)
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 10 ounces salsa, chunky
- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh (chopped)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
How To Make mexican round steak (crock pot)

Step 1Gather ingredients. Rinse and drain pinto beans.

Step 2Slice up round steak in pieces. Put in bottom of crock pot.

Step 3Layer corn, pinto beans, salsa, onion and cilantro on top of the round steak.

Step 4Pour beef broth over top.

Step 5Cook in the crock pot for 5 hours on low.
