Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 teaspoons dried onion
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 can ranch style beans, drained rotel tomatoes, chopped green chilies, fire roasted salsa style tomatoes
- 1/8 cup self rising cornmeal mix
How To Make mexi-chili

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain.

Step 2Add dried onion and seasonings, stir well.

Step 3Add all vegetables and tomatoes sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle sr cornmeal over meat and stir to thicken about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn burner off.

Step 5Sprinkle 2 handfuls of Mexican blend shredded cheese and cover with lid to melt. Once cheese is melted serve.

Step 6Perfectly accompanied with cornbread or tortilla chips.
