megan's beef kabobs
I made this amount of each ingredient, and we had so many vegetables that we began grilling in a grill pan rather than on skewers. They were absolutely fantastic! The combination of the two marinades was very good.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef chunks
- - mccormic's honey bbq marinade mix (mixed to directions)
- 3 - bell peppers, color of your choice
- 3 - zucchini
- 4 - yellow squash
- 2 packages mushrooms, whole
- 1 - purple onion
- - mccormic's tomato basil marinade mix (prepared to directions)
How To Make megan's beef kabobs

Step 1Marinade the beef chunks in marinade in a ziplock.

Step 2Cut veggies at an angle, except for the mushrooms. Marinate in the tomato basil marinade in ziplock.

Step 3If using wooden skewers, soak for at least 30 min. before grilling so they don't light on fire. Put the meat and veggies on skewers and grill, turning so they cook evenly, until done.
