I am not a Spaghetti person until i tried this and it is what i cook now

Ingredients For meatballs & sauce
- MEATBALLS

3/4 lbsground beef
-
1/4 lbssauage/ i use jimmy dean w/sage

4eggs
-
1/2 cupfine cracker crumbs
-
1/2 cupromano cheese, grated
-
3 tspsweet basil
-
salt,pepper,garlic is optional
- SAUCE
-
2-12oz cantomato paste
-
12 canwater (use paste cans)

4 Tbspsugar
-
1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp sweet basil

2 Tbspramano cheese
-
salt,pepper,garlic powder is optional
How To Make meatballs & sauce

1Add water to tomato paste & dissolve completely (I use a teflon 5qt pan )add all other ingredients let come to a rolling boil put a lid on this add meatballs and cook on med heat or lower till sauce is thick as you want (this is a few hrs cooking but worth it)

2for the meatballs mix and form into meatballs - Brown in hot oil.Drop meatballs into sauce when boiling (enjoy)

3I use a 5 qt teflon pan or bigger when i start cooking this i also let it cook way down and what we dont use with Spaghetti i freeze it for another time
