my aunt makes this for us when she comes to visit with us she's a great cook we usually have a side salad with this

Ingredients

  • 1 - (16 oz) loaf french bread
  • 1 - (12 oz) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 pound frozen meatballs, thawed
  • 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

How To Make meatball sub casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
    Slice french bread into 1 inch slices and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • Step 3
    Mix together cream cheese and italian seasoning. Spread over french bread.
  • Step 4
    Chop meatballs and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over meatballs. Top with cheese.
  • Step 5
    Bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
