Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 slices bacon

How To Make mat-o-bacon

  • Step 1
    Slice whole bacon pieces in half crosswise.
  • Step 2
    Slice all pieces lengthwise. This will give you 10 pieces with which to weave.
  • Step 3
    Weave in an over/under pattern
  • Step 4
    When the mat has been woven move to a hot pan and cook til crispy. Drain on paper towels
  • Step 5
    Add to any sandwich.
