How to Make Mat-o-Bacon


  1. Slice whole bacon pieces in half crosswise.
  2. Slice all pieces lengthwise. This will give you 10 pieces with which to weave.
  3. Weave in an over/under pattern
  4. When the mat has been woven move to a hot pan and cook til crispy. Drain on paper towels
  5. Add to any sandwich.
