I put this together not knowing what I'd come up with. It is now one of my husband's favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 package instant mashed potatoes
- 2 pounds ground meat
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cups shredded cheese
How To Make mashed potato casserole

Step 1use at 8 serving pkg of instant mashed potatoes and prepare according to directions.

Step 2Drain corn and mix into mashed potatoes

Step 3brown meat and mix with potato corn mixture

Step 4Spread half of the potato mixture in casserole dish. Layer one cup of cheese over the potatoes. Spread the remainder of the potato mixture over the cheese. Top with the remainder cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 20 min.
