- 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 - garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 12 ounces beer, not lite
- 3 tablespoons good chili [powder
- 6 - beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon warm water
How To Make man cave chili

Step 1BROWN THE MEATS IN A DUTCH OVEN. DRAIN, RESERVING 2 TBLS. PUT THE RESERVED 2 TBLS. BACK IN PAN.

Step 2ADD THE GARLIC AND ONION AND COOK UNTIL TENDER.

Step 3ADD THE OTHER HALF OF THE MEAT, TOMATO SAUCE, WATER, BEER, CHILI POWDER, BOUILLON, CUMIN, PAPRIKA, OREGANO, SUGAR, CORIANDER, COCOA, AND HOT SAUCE. MIX WELL.

Step 4BRING TO A OIL, REDUCE HEAT TO A SIMMER. COVER AND SIMMER 2 HOURS.

Step 5IN A SMALL BOWL MIX CORNMEAL AND FLOUR TOGETHER, ADD WARM WATER AND MIX WELL. STIR INTO CHILI AND SIMMER COVERED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES.
