Ingredients
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- 2 pounds crawfish tail meat
- 1 1/2 pounds velveeta jalapena cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound fettucine noodles
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make mamma's crawfish fettuccine

Step 1Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in butter. Add flour, cooking andf stirring for about 5 minute.

Step 2Add crawfish and parsley.

Step 3Fold in Velveeta and heavy cream. Cook on low for about 30 minutes.

Step 4Cook noodles, drain and rinse.

Step 5Mix noodles and cheese sauce and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
