Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green pepper chopped
- 2 cans chili magic
- 2 cans chili beans, white or red or black
- 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt or less to taste
How To Make mama's chili

Step 1brown ground beef over low heat. crumble as it cooks.

Step 2add chopped onion, pepper, garlic if desired. salt these now.

Step 3Add canned ingredients. Stir and continue to cook over very low flame. Taste and add more salt or cayenne if necessary.

Step 4When ready to serve, add toppings as deired. cheese, croutons, sour cream, scallions, etc. Serve with hot rolls or bread.
