This is actually my Mother's recipe which all of her grandchildren request no matter what the menu or occasion.

Ingredients
- - elbow macaroni, cooked 16oz. box
- - cheddar cheese, shredded 8oz. or 2cups
- - 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- - 1 tbs brown sugar
- - 1 can evaporated milk
How To Make macaroni and cheese

Step 1Cook macaroni according to directions on box don't overcook. Drain in colander. Put in pot cooked in or another bowl large enough to mix in other ingredients.

Step 2Add 2Tbsp butter or margarine,1Tbsp.brown sugar, evaporated milk, 1and1/2cups cheddar cheese. reserve 1/2c cheese for topping. When all ingredients have been mixed. Place in a greased or sprayed 2.5qt baking dish.

Step 3Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
