Lynn's Sausage Bake

Rose M. Helle

My daughter that lives in Colorado made this dish for my husband and me while visiting. I thought it so good that I asked her to jot down the ingredients and how-to. Lynn is a wonderful cook, she did not learn it from me but I have bragging rights on what a good cook she is.

How to Make Lynn's Sausage Bake

  1. Easiest dish to make! Only have to cut all sausage links into bite-size pieces.
  2. I put all of the sliced veggies into a large bowl, coat all lightly with olive oil and toss to coat. Add the sliced sausage pieces to this and spread out on two baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees, tossing every 15 minutes or so for an hour. I made all the day before and only baked for 45 minutes, then the day needed I baked for the final 15 minutes to warm through.
