- 2 kilograms meat
- 375 grams porridge
- 375 grams split black gram, split bengal gram, white lentil, red lentil
- 250 grams onion
- 60 grams rice
- 50 grams ginger
- 10 grams green chilli
- 10 grams green coriander
- 2 medium lemons
- 375 grams cooking oil
- Some pinch turmeric, salt and pepper

Step 2Wash the coriander on the other stove and pour the salt.

Step 3Wash Split black gram and start cooking it with a pinch of salt on a third stove.
