Louisiana Shrimp Au Gratin
shrimp, peeled and roughly chopped
american cheese, shredded
chopped green onion tops
1Saute shrimp in the 4 tablespoons butter,
2In a separate pot, melt the rest of the butter. Stir in flour.
3Add milk to make a white sauce. Bring to a boil.
4Add cheese, onions, green onions and sauteed shrimp.;
5Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into individual baking dishes and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
