Mamma loved to serve this to company for lunch on Sundays. Daddy loved roast and rice and gravy for Sunday lunchm but Mamma always thought that was "country" and not good enough for company!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pound craabmeat
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, cut in half
- 1 pound crawfish tail meat
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, more or less to taste
- - salt and red pepper to taste

Step 1Saute the vegetables in butter. Throw in shrimp and crawfish tasils and saute.

Step 2Mix all together and throw in baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
