Mamma loved to serve this to company for lunch on Sundays. Daddy loved roast and rice and gravy for Sunday lunchm but Mamma always thought that was "country" and not good enough for company!

Ingredients For loisiana sunday seafood casserole

  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1/2 can
    cream mushroom soup
  • 1 clove
  • 1 lb
  • 1/2 lb
    large shrimp, peeled and deveined, cut in half
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tail meat
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco sauce, more or less to taste
  • salt and red pepper to taste

How To Make loisiana sunday seafood casserole

  • 1
    Saute the vegetables in butter. Throw in shrimp and crawfish tasils and saute.

    Mix all together and throw in baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
