velveeta cheese or sliced american cheese

How to Make Lindsey's Bacon cheeseburger casserole


  • 1Brown ground beef, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you make like on a hamburger in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.
  • 2In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream cheese, chicken soup, onion soup mix, and a small handful of bacon bits and whisk until blended. I also added a dash of milk to make it mix better. Then, in the same bowl, add the cooked and drained ground beef and mix until well blended.
  • 3Using a 2 qt. Casserole dish, add the ground beef /cheese sauce mixture and smooth into the pan. Next, lay the bacon slices over the top finishing with the sliced Velveeta or American cheese.
  • 4Layer the tater tots covering the entire dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy!!
