Ingredients For lindsey's bacon cheeseburger casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c
    cream cheese, soft
  • dash
    worsteshire sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 slice
  • bacon bit
  • 1 bag
    tater tots
  • 1/2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    velveeta cheese or sliced american cheese

How To Make lindsey's bacon cheeseburger casserole

    Brown ground beef, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you make like on a hamburger in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream cheese, chicken soup, onion soup mix, and a small handful of bacon bits and whisk until blended. I also added a dash of milk to make it mix better. Then, in the same bowl, add the cooked and drained ground beef and mix until well blended.

    Using a 2 qt. Casserole dish, add the ground beef /cheese sauce mixture and smooth into the pan. Next, lay the bacon slices over the top finishing with the sliced Velveeta or American cheese.

    Layer the tater tots covering the entire dish. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy!!
