How To Make lemon-ginger lamb chops

1Combine the pineapple juice and the next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.

2Place lamb chops on a rack in a roasting pan; brush with the pineapple juice mixture.

3Broil 6 inches from the heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, basting frequently with the pineapple juice mixture.
