2 cleft over green bean casserole
2fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
2 Tbspitalian salad dressing (i use fat free to keep it a little more healthy
1/2 cfrench fried onions
1/2 cgrated cheddar cheese, i like sharp for extra tang
How to Make Left Over Green Bean Casserole
- Marinate Portabello Mushrooms in Italian Salad Dressing, refrigerate for about one hour.
- After an hour, add one cup left over green bean casserole to each marinated mushroom.
- Top with Cheese
- Place under broiler for 5 or 10 minutes until cheese is melted
- Remove from broiler and top with French Fried Onions.
