Ingredients
- 4 - taco chips
- 3/4 pound tomatoes
- 2 - onions, thinly sliced
- 1 - garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 ounces butter
How To Make lamb cutlets

Step 1Skin the tomatoes and slice the onions and simmer in butter with garlic.

Step 2Add the white wine when the tomatoes and onions are almost cooked and cook for a further ten minutes.

Step 3Place the cutlets in a buttered casserole and pour the mixture over them.

Step 4Cover and cook for 90 minutes at 350 degrees.
