Ingredients

  • 6
    garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp
    dried summer savory
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 16
    2" inch thick lamb chops
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    mint aioli
  • ·
    garnish with fresh mint sprigs

How to Make Lamb Chops with Mint Aioli

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first four ingredients.
  2. Rub the combination evenly on both sides of the chops.
  3. Brown chops in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Heat 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Place browned chops on a lightly greased broiler pan rack.
  5. Bake chops at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Meat thermometer inserted in thickes portion registers at 145 degress for medium rare.
  6. Serve with Mint Aioli (or mint jelly). Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
