had made duck a l' orange and it came out wonderful so am trying this with lamb! expect alot of lamb recipes this winter am part irish and good old fashioned irish stew should be called lamb stew:)

Ingredients
- 1 jar 10 oz orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons margerine
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 8 - lamb shoulder arm chops cut about 1 inch thick
How To Make lamb chops a l'orange

Step 1preheat your broiler. in medium sauce pan heat all ingredients except chops, stirring till marmalade melts.

Step 2place chops on broiler pan brush with marmalade mixture broil ten to 15 minutes turning once and brushing with marmalade sauce. till done to liking of doneness
