Ingredients
- 9 ounces glass noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- 2 carrots cut into matchsticks
- 1 bunch baby bok choy chopped
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each mirin and brown sugar
How To Make korean glass noodle vegetable stir fry

Step 1Cook the glass noodles according to package directions. Drain and cut up with kitchen shears to make them easier to eat. Set aside.

Step 2Add sesame oil to pan and add the garlic, ginger, carrots and bok choy. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the green onions and noodles into the pan and stir fry 2 more minutes.

Step 3Mix the soy sauce, mirin and brown sugar together and pour over the noodles and veggies and cook about 3 minutes. serve
