Korean Black Bean Noodles are called Jajangmyeon. I don't know how to pronounce it, but it tastes wonderful. It is packed with veggies, noodles, and pork.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, sliced
- 1 small russet potato, peeled and diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 dash black bean paste
- 2 cups chicken stock or water
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 ounces Jajangmyeon noodles or any thick noodles
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make korean black bean noodles

Step 1Add the oil to a large pan. Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic, potatoes, and cabbage. Saute until the veggies are softened.

Step 2Make a well in the middle of the pan and add the bean paste. Saute 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock and potatoes. Bring to a boil.

Step 3Add the oyster sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender. Stir in the bacon.

Step 4Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and run under cool water.

Step 5Mix the potato starch and water, and pour them into the pan.

Step 6Place noodles in a bowl. Add the sauce over the top, and enjoy.
