Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • STIR FRY
  • 4 ounces rice noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 cup kimchi homemade or store bought
  • 1 - shallot sliced
  • TOPPINGS
  • 2 large eggs fried or poached
  • 2 - scallions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

How To Make kimchi noodle stir fry

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients for the sauce together. Add a little oil to a stir fry pan. Add the shallot and cook 1 minute. Add the sauce, kimchi, and cooked noodles. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Served topped with green onion, fried eggs, cilantro, and black sesame seeds
