Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- STIR FRY
- 4 ounces rice noodles cooked and drained
- 1 cup kimchi homemade or store bought
- 1 - shallot sliced
- TOPPINGS
- 2 large eggs fried or poached
- 2 - scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make kimchi noodle stir fry

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together. Add a little oil to a stir fry pan. Add the shallot and cook 1 minute. Add the sauce, kimchi, and cooked noodles. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
