I got this recipe from a good friend at camp.She has passed now but her recipe lives on! A favorite of my daughter-in-law's.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds kielbossy or smoked sausage cut in coins
- 7-8 large potatoes pealed and sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 large green pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- - olive oil to coat pan
How To Make kielbossy and potatoes

Step 1You can do this in a large frying pan or in a casserole dish in the oven...350* for about 1 hr. I have also cooked this on the grill on an inverted pan in a foil pan with the grill lid closed! Medium heat though!!

Step 2Add all ingredients EXCEPT pickle relish. Fry or Bake or Grill stirring a couple of times so the meat and potatoes crunch up.

Step 3Just before serving add the pickle relish and warm. If you cook this with the relish, the sugar will burn everything!! Good with a hearty bread and butter to sop up the juices!
