i started making this almost against my will lol... that said it is very good although different.This is from my mother- in - law and didn't sound like anything I'd like but my hubby did so itried it and have been making for 46 years now!my sister tried this and her and her husban love it they call it ( gunk)as my name they say is too long lol.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    package of kielbasa,
  • 1 large
    can whole or diced tomatoes ,i use whole
  • 1 pkg
    string beans ,can frozen or fresh what ever you like.(i like french cut frozen)
  • 1 small
    to med onion sliced (optional)

How to Make Kielbasa,tomatoes and string beans

Step-by-Step

  1. cut keilbasa in to bite size pieces,put into med to large sauce pan, add tomatoes ( i cut them up a bit) and string beans, on med heat bring to a boil stiring once or twice, turn to low and let it simmer for about 30 mins. add salt and pepper to taste
  2. i use this over mashed potatoes, noodles or boiled potatoes. also can make a hard roll sandwhich with this. give it a try you never know!
