This is a version of jambalaya that my sister Mariann gave to me. Very easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 - onion,chopped or sliced
- 1/2 - green pepper,chopped or sliced
- 2 - cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 - 15 ounce cans kedney beans or black beans ;drained
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 pound kielbasa
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice, can use more
How To Make kielbasa,red beans and rice

Step 1In skillet brown bacon and add onion,green pepper, and garlic and saute till soft.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except vinegar,sugar and rice, to bacon mixture in pan.

Step 3Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Step 4Stir in vinegar and sugar for last 10 minutes.

Step 5Can add cooked rice (boil 2 cups of water with 1 cup of rice till tender.)to ingredients in pan or spoon kielbasa mixture over rice on plate.
