Ingredients
- 1 package polska kielbasa sausage, sliced into medallions
- 6 medium potatoes cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 1 cans milk or water
How To Make kiebasa and potato stew
-
Step 1Put your sliced kielbasa in a med-hot pot or lg. pan. Stir and flip and toss til its all seared.
-
Step 2Add your potatoes and soup. Then slowly add milk or water while stirring.
-
Step 3Once you've got it all mixed together, turn heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 min or til potatoes are done.
-
Step 4Seasoning isn't needed because the kielbasa is seasoned enough. I like salty and I don't add a thing. Enjoy
