I made this recipe up by combining things I already had available at home.I made this last week at my mom's for her and my sisters. Did a little more tweaking. They loved it and want to make it again.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 medium poblanos
- 2 medium jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 box linguine pasta
- 1/2 package frozen tail on shrimp
- 3 - roma tomatoes- diced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese- grated
How To Make kickin' shrimp pasta

Step 1In a large pot, heat the cream of shrimp soup, coconut milk and chicken broth.Bring to a boil.Add the poblano's and jalapeno's, that have been chopped up in a food processor,salt and pepper, and turn down to a simmer and cook while waiting for noodles.

Step 2In a large pot of salted boiling water for pasta, first immerse shrimp for 2 min., or until opaque, sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, and set aside.Cook pasta according to directions.Drain and add into cream sauce, add shrimp. On your plate, top with diced tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
