Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 small onion
- 5 small potatoes
- 14 ounces jar/can sourkraut
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pound keilbasa
How To Make keilbasa skillet

Step 1Brown bacon till crisp, remove from pan, cut up in pieces.

Step 2Add chopped onion to pan drippings and saute for 5 mins on low.

Step 3Cut up pototoes into bite size pieces and add to onions. Brown on med heat 15 mins to cook potatoes through.

Step 4Add bacon, butter and drained jar/can of sour kraut, stir and brown for 5 mins on low.

Step 5Add cut up keilbasa. Cover and let cook on low for 20 mins till keilbasa is warmed through.
