bacon
1 small
onion
5 small
potatoes
14 oz
jar/can sourkraut
1/2 stick
butter
1 lb
keilbasa

How to Make Keilbasa Skillet

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown bacon till crisp, remove from pan, cut up in pieces.
  • 2Add chopped onion to pan drippings and saute for 5 mins on low.
  • 3Cut up pototoes into bite size pieces and add to onions. Brown on med heat 15 mins to cook potatoes through.
  • 4Add bacon, butter and drained jar/can of sour kraut, stir and brown for 5 mins on low.
  • 5Add cut up keilbasa. Cover and let cook on low for 20 mins till keilbasa is warmed through.
