    jar/can sourkraut
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 lb

How to Make Keilbasa Skillet


  1. Brown bacon till crisp, remove from pan, cut up in pieces.
  2. Add chopped onion to pan drippings and saute for 5 mins on low.
  3. Cut up pototoes into bite size pieces and add to onions. Brown on med heat 15 mins to cook potatoes through.
  4. Add bacon, butter and drained jar/can of sour kraut, stir and brown for 5 mins on low.
  5. Add cut up keilbasa. Cover and let cook on low for 20 mins till keilbasa is warmed through.
