karl's veal seaside
I serve this with Angel Hair Pasta. You can also use raw turkey breast in place of the veal, and pork tenderloin. Just slice and pound it like you wood the veal.

- 12 ounces veal, turkey breast, or pork tenderloin
- 8 large shrimp 16-20
- 2 ounces chicken stock
- 2 ounces white wine, dry
- 2 medium lemon wedges
- 2 ounces romano cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
How To Make karl's veal seaside

Step 1Cut veal into 2 ounce peaces and pound to 1/8 inch.

Step 2Saute veal in to ounces of butter and add shrimp,chicken stock,white wine,and squeese lemon. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 3Just befor it is done add the romano cheese. And serve.
