  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    xylitol or white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard

How to Make Kansas City Dry Rub


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in a jar in the freezer.
  3. This can be used on any meat that you grill or bbq.
  4. Enjoy!
