My 12 year old son Justin has a definite love for food. He took a regular reuben and turned it into something a little different. It's actually pretty good. Let me know what you think.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bread (rye if you have it, but your favorite will work)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 1 jar bacon bits
- 2 packages buddig pastrami
- 2 packages buddig corned beef
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 bottle thousand island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make justin's ultimate reuben sandwich
-
Step 1Place a slice of swiss on 1 slice of bread, and cheddar on another slice.
-
Step 2Place some pastrami on top of the swiss, and place some corned beef on top of the cheddar. Spread dressing on top of both.
-
Step 3Put some of the sauerkraut and bacon bits on top of one of them and top with the other half of sandwich.
-
Step 4Spread a little butter on the outsides of the sandwich and place in a heated skillet, flipping once, until cheese is melted & bread is toasted to desired doneness. Repeat steps for the other three sanwiches. Enjoy.
