This is my son Joey's recipie. He turned into a better cook then me!!! He had something like this at a party and without a recipie, made it his own. It's made in a CROCK-POT, super easy & tastes amazing!!! Perfect for parties, or to put in the crock pot so you don't have to cook that day. If you like sausage&peppers, your going to LOVE this one.

Ingredients

How to Make Joe's AMAZING sausage & peppers.

Step-by-Step

  1. Core and slice peppers into about 1/2 inch strips. Peel and cut onions into 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Add 10-12 links, peppers, and onions into crock pot. Pour spaghetti sauce over ingredients and gently mix.
  3. Cook as you usually do in crock pot. I cook on HIGH for 2-1/2 hours, and turn it down to low for another 2 hours. (Most crockpots say 6-8 hours on low.)
  4. Serve on Steak Rolls. ENJOY!!!
