Ingredients For jellied moose nose

1fresh moose nose
-
3 clovegarlic
-
salt, to taste
-
water, to cover
How To Make jellied moose nose

1Dip moose nose in scalding water, and scrape clean, remove all hair

2Dice in small pieces, cover with water, adding salt and garlic

3Boil until tender, remove from heat and chill until set

4Slice and serve
