3 clove
salt, to taste
water, to cover

How to Make Jellied Moose Nose


  • 1Dip moose nose in scalding water, and scrape clean, remove all hair
  • 2Dice in small pieces, cover with water, adding salt and garlic
  • 3Boil until tender, remove from heat and chill until set
  • 4Slice and serve
