Ingredients
- 1 - fresh moose nose
- 3 cloves garlic
- - salt, to taste
- - water, to cover
How To Make jellied moose nose

Step 1Dip moose nose in scalding water, and scrape clean, remove all hair

Step 2Dice in small pieces, cover with water, adding salt and garlic

Step 3Boil until tender, remove from heat and chill until set

Step 4Slice and serve
