I found mushrooms, green beans, green garlic and radishes at the Farmer's Market today. Thought I'd make something with an authentic Japanese influence...

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup medium grained white rice
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- 8 ounces chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 pound green beans, cleaned, de-stemmed
- 2 cloves green garlic (or 1 teaspoon minced garlic)
- 4 ounces shiitake or baby bella mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sliced daikon radish (substitute other variety if necessary)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons saki, or rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- - sesame oil, to drizzle

Step 1Prepare rice per package directions.

Step 2While rice cooks, heat peanut oil in wok or large skillet. Add chicken, stir fry. Add onions, beans (snap in half if desired),garlic, sliced or quartered mushrooms, radish slices. Stir fry for a few minutes until beans are bright green.

Step 3Add soy sauce and sake or rice vinegar, Stir everything together. Put individual serving of rice into bowl, add chicken and veggie mixture. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
