How to Make Jambalaya
- Saute beef, pork and sausage until cooked thoroughly and drain grease. Saute onions and celery in oil and add to meat mixture when carmelized.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium-high heat until broth is absorbed by rice.
- Stir and reduce heat to low and cook covered for about 20 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
