Ingredients
- 1 pound pork, ground
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- - sweet onion
- - celery
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 cups uncooked long grain rice
- - salt
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- - parsley, fresh
How To Make jambalaya

Step 1Saute beef, pork and sausage until cooked thoroughly and drain grease. Saute onions and celery in oil and add to meat mixture when carmelized.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium-high heat until broth is absorbed by rice.

Step 3Stir and reduce heat to low and cook covered for about 20 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
