    smoked sausage

    sweet onion

  • 1/4 c
  • 4 c
    uncooked long grain rice
  • ·
  • 7 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • ·
    parsley, fresh

How to Make Jambalaya


  1. Saute beef, pork and sausage until cooked thoroughly and drain grease. Saute onions and celery in oil and add to meat mixture when carmelized.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium-high heat until broth is absorbed by rice.
  3. Stir and reduce heat to low and cook covered for about 20 minutes. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
