My late Mothers recipe for Italian meatballs stayed in the family for years, and I have learned from her to make Italian meatballs. My kids use to love my homemade Italian dishes and especially the meatballs that I made. At one time I use to fry them, but since we are all on specical diets and have to look at the fat content, I learned to bake the meatballs in the oven. I have gotten many compliements on my cooking and I hope you do too. I hope you will enjoy making a delicious dish of pasta with Italian meatballs.

ground beef, extra lean
1 lb
1/2 lb
ground veal
3 large
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 clove
chopped garlic
1/2 c
italian parsely
1/2 c
italian parm cheese
1 1/2 c
italilan bread crumbs mixing all ingredients together until round., then make meatballs to the size of 2 tablespoons, make them round, and then put them into the oven to bake at 350 degrees. afterwards cook them with your favorite italian sauce.

How to Make Italian Meatballs


  • 1bake the meat balls for about 15 mintues. when done mix them with your favorite Itallian suace until cook and then serve. enjoy with any favorite pasta or Lasagna .
