My late Mothers recipe for Italian meatballs stayed in the family for years, and I have learned from her to make Italian meatballs. My kids use to love my homemade Italian dishes and especially the meatballs that I made. At one time I use to fry them, but since we are all on specical diets and have to look at the fat content, I learned to bake the meatballs in the oven. I have gotten many compliements on my cooking and I hope you do too. I hope you will enjoy making a delicious dish of pasta with Italian meatballs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, extra lean
- 1 pound pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup italian parsely
- 1/2 cup italian parm cheese
- 1 1/2 cups italilan bread crumbs mixing all ingredients together until round., then make meatballs to the size of 2 tablespoons, make them round, and then put them into the oven to bake at 350 degrees. afterwards cook them with your favorite italian sauce.
How To Make italian meatballs

Step 1bake the meat balls for about 15 mintues. when done mix them with your favorite Itallian suace until cook and then serve. enjoy with any favorite pasta or Lasagna .
