Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish pie crust (homemade or frozen)
  • 4 ounces cooked crispy pancetta, crumbled
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pimento stuffed olives, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (divided)

How To Make italian kissed tres olives quiche

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 ½ inch glass pie plate with crust.
  • Crispy pancetta sprinkled over bottom of crust
    Step 2
    Sprinkle crumbled pancetta over bottom of crust; top with cheese.
  • Mozzarella cheese topped over pancetta.
    Step 3
    In large bowl, whisk together, heavy cream, eggs, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in black olives, kalamata olives, pimento olives, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Pour over crust.
  • Creamy olive mixture poured over mozzarella and pancetta and ready to bake.
    Step 4
    Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until top is golden; cool slightly. Sprinkle with additional 1 tablespoon parsley. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
