- 1 deep dish pie crust (homemade or frozen)
- 4 ounces cooked crispy pancetta, crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons pimento stuffed olives, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (divided)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 ½ inch glass pie plate with crust.

Step 2Sprinkle crumbled pancetta over bottom of crust; top with cheese.

Step 3In large bowl, whisk together, heavy cream, eggs, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in black olives, kalamata olives, pimento olives, and 1 tablespoon parsley. Pour over crust.

Step 4Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until top is golden; cool slightly. Sprinkle with additional 1 tablespoon parsley. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
