My Italian Kissed Tres Olives Quiche puts a unique spin on the traditional quiche, with crispy pancetta, perfectly melted and smooth mozzarella, a balance of eggs and heavy cream with a hint of nutmeg, and the mild and salty flavors of black olives, kalamata olives, and pimento stuffed olives, makes this quiche the perfect lunch or light dinner.
