- 1/2 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 16 ounces water
- 2 teaspoons garlic oil
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can chili beans

Step 1CHOP ONION, CELERY AND GREEN PEPPER. BROWN HAMBURGER, ONION AND CELERY ON SAUTE. DRAIN
