I was driving home from work one day thinking what to make for dinner and didn't want the regular cheeseburger pie so i started thinking outside the box and came up with this yummy variation of an oldie but goodie!!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/2
    sweet onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 8 oz
    pizza sauce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 c
    milk

How to Make Impossible Pizza Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    chop onion and saute with garlic and 2 tbsp EVOO
  2. When Onions are translucent add in ground chicken and cook until done. Stir in pizza sauce, and let meat mixture cool.
  3. Pour cooled meat mixture into a pie pan, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Mix together milk, eggs, and bisquick until well combined, and pour over meat and cheese.
  5. Put in oven and bake till golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!!!
  6. obviously, you can add any pizza ingredients you like, this is just a basic, jumping off point!!
