Impossible Ham n Swiss Pie
2 ccut up fully cooked smoked ham
1 cshredded natural swiss cheese (4oz.)
1/4 cchopped green onion or chopped onion
1 cbaking mix ( i use bisquick)
1/8 tspfresh ground pepper
How to Make Impossible Ham n Swiss Pie
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds on high or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into plate over other ingredients. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
