This recipe is easy to make. They call it impossible pie because it makes its own crust. Was really doubtful when I fixed it the first time. Have run across many more recipes that are like this and I just love it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cut up fully cooked smoked ham
- 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese (4oz.)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion or chopped onion
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup baking mix ( i use bisquick)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
How To Make impossible ham n swiss pie

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds on high or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into plate over other ingredients. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
