method ---

yield about 6 servings

Ingredients

1 package (16oz.) frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed and drained
1 cup shredded mozzerala, divided
- 16 to 20 meatballs (frozen) or home made
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 - eggs

How To Make impossible easy meatball and stir fry pie

Step 1

heat oven to 400 degrees. grease deep dish pie pan.

Step 2

mix together stir fry, 1/2 cup mozzerella, meatballs,and onion. put in pan.
Step 3

stir remaining ingredients until blended. pour over meatball mixture.
Step 4

bake 30 to 35 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzerella over top. bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
