Hotdog Cornbread casserole
1/2 pkghotdogs (uncooked)
1 can(s)chili (with or without beans)
1 smallpan of cornbread, or leftover cornbread
1/2 pkgshredded cheddar cheese, or your fav
1/2 cchopped onions
How to Make Hotdog Cornbread casserole
- Pour a can of chili in a saucepan. Slice hotdogs in a slant slice. (Crosswise) add to chili
- Simmer until hotdogs are done. In the meantime, crumble cornbread in a 1 to 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- Pour chili and hotdogs over cornbread. cover with cheese. Place in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly toasted.
