Ingredients
- 4 ounces rice noodles
- 1 cup leafy greens like arugula or spinach or bok choy
- 1 teaspoon each white soy sauce and dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese black vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- chopped peanuts, cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make hot oil noodles

Step 1Boil the noodles according to package directions. When they are almost done add the leafy green and blanch for a few seconds. Drain.

Step 2Place the noodles in a bowl. Mix the white soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar and red pepper flakes together. Pour over the noodles.

Step 3Place the oil in the same pan as noodles and add the garlic cook about 1 minute. Pour over the noodles. Garnish with nuts, sesame seeds, and cilantro
