My husband loves hot dogs, so I try to come up with some unique recipes to change things up.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 hot dogs, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 flour tortillas
Mexican crema for serving

How To Make hot dog tacos

Step 1

In a medium saucepan add the oil. Add the onion and jalapeno and cook until softened about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add the hot dogs and tomatoes and cook 4 more minutes.
Step 3

Warm the tortillas and fill with the hot dog mixture and top with Crema.
